Pace is committed to quality and continual improvement in all areas of the organization. Working as a team, and the involvement of employees in the continual quality improvement process ensures that the company’s goals for quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction are met.

Organization targets for quality are to maintain and to improve the quality of service, in order to meet consistently customer requirements and internal needs.

OBJECTIVES

Our quality objectives are to furnish high quality products, on time, and at the lowest cost. The attainment of such objectives will lead to, customer satisfaction, enhanced copper performance at the application level, and ongoing improvements in process efficiency.

Once an objective is achieved, it should be recognized and reset to stimulate further quality improvement. To reach our objectives, we will have to maintain a constant focus on quality with full dedication, commitment, and teamwork.
