Chairman & MD

Mr. N R Diwanji, Chairman & Managing Director, is a Graduate Electrical Engineer from VJTI, Bombay in 1963. He worked in IBM for 12 years. He worked as Manager responsible for Gujarat before IBM closed its operations in India. He then joined Project group in Calico Mills, a leading textile group planning diversification in computers and desktop publishing. He left Calico Mills in 1984 and formed Pace Computer Consultants. Under his leadership Pace grew significantly and acquired good image. He is associated with Computer Society of India, Ahmedabad Chapter since many years and has held many important positions including that of Chapter Chairman, CSI. Ahmedabad Chapter has organized National Convention during his tenure as chairman.

He has conducted / participated in many programs conducted by Computer Society of India. He was on executive committee of Ahmedabad Management Association a body involved in management education training and professional courses. He is also President of ACMA (Ahmedabad Computer Manufacturer’s Association) since last five years. He has been co-opted on NACIT (National Association of Channels in IT) execom. He has been a regular writer in several magazines.

Mr. Diwanji vision has given much respected image to Pace and he wants to make Pace a unique innovative and diversified company in India.

Marketing

Mr. H G Sheth, Director (Marketing) is an Electronic Engineer from M. S. University, Baroda, and has 15 years’ experience in computer field. He looks after the sales activities of the company. He started his career with Pace as Maintenance Manager and saw the growth from non-significant to approximately 700 thousand by 1995. He then moved to marketing after a brief stint in USA. He rose to the position of Director and Pace scaled newer heights in selling and reached to turn over of Rs. 80 million in 2002-2003.

Distribution

Mr. Milind Diwanji, Director (distribution) is an expert in distribution. He joined Pace after getting B.E. from Gujarat University in 1993. He is young, energetic and interested in increasing turnover by faster movements of boxes and proper management of finance. Mr. Milind is actively involved as executive committee member in Computer Society of India and Ahmedabad Computer Merchants’ Association.
Mr. Milind handles major enterprise customers and Government Organizations like ISRO, IPR, Gujarat Tea Army HQ….

Financial

Mrs. Toral Diwanji, Director is a financial expert. She is a part of Pace since inception. She is a double graduate (B.A. and B. Com.) from Gujarat University. She has contributed to financial growth of Pace.
